About Me

I have been working as a psychologist for several years seeing clients with a variety of mental health conditions. I obtained my doctorate in psychology (PsyD) from Widener University in 2015, and am licensed in Pennsylvania. I am also part of the Psychology Interjuristictional Compact (PSYPACT), which allows me to see clients via telehealth in other participating states. In my therapeutic work, I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), in addition to other evidence-based treatments. I am highly active in the local chapter of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Psychology (ACBS) and have given several professional presentations on ACT and related topics.
