Licensed Psychologist

I am an experienced clinical psychologist who helps adolescents and adults overcome a variety of mental health and life challenges. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on experiencing the present moment and our own emotions without judgment, and with empathy. ACT also uses our own personal values as a guide for when and how to take action in our lives. The other modalities I use include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness.

The relationship between therapist and client is incredibly important, because the relationship itself is healing, and allows the difficult work to be done. It is extremely important to me that you feel heard and cared for, and that our sessions are a safe space for you to bring your full self, wherever you are in your journey.
